Summer is coming and as always we are planning on having lots of delicious BBQ’s!
We’ve got a few easy tricks up our sleeve to make your BBQ a delicious feast with Shemin’s Curry Pastes and Spice Blends.
MIX:
1 tbsp crushed garlic, 3 tbsp Sheminโs Tandoori Spice Blend, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 tbsp chopped mint, 2 tbsp natural yoghurt, 1 tbsp cream, 700g chicken thighs or breast, cut into large chunks. Season to taste then leave to marinade. BBQ until done. |

BBQ Spiced Burgers & Steaks |

COMBINE:
700g Lean beef or lamb mince, 2 tbsp. Sheminโs Harissa Spice Blend (can also use Tandoori, Cajun, Jerk, Peri Peri, Ras El Hanout and BBQ), 1 tbsp crushed garlic, 1 tbsp crushed ginger, 1 bunch coriander, chopped, 1 beaten egg and season to taste. Divide the mixture. Leave to marinade, then thread into skewers and BBQ until done. |

MARINADE:
1kg Leg of lamb or chicken, cubed, with 300ml Natural Greek yogurt, 100g Sheminโs Indian Curry Paste, squeeze of half a lime and season to taste. Leave to marinade, then BBQ until done. |
