- Heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
- Mix 2 tbsp of oil with 3 tsp of Shemin’s Garam Masala.
- Take 450g of trimmed, par-boiled and halved brussel sprouts, mix with the garam masala mixture and tip into a baking tray.
- Roast for 25 mins until the sprouts are browned at the edges.
