Gently fry an onion (optional), add one pot of your chosen paste, then pour in a tin of chopped tomatoes or coconut milk. Add up to 1kg of ingredients such as chicken, vegetables, tofu or seafood, and simmer until tender and fragrant.

Top Tip: Fry your chosen paste for a few minutes in 1-2 tablespoons of coconut cream or oil to fully release the aromatics.
