Use to make a quick tikka masala by frying onion, adding the paste with a splash of water, then tomatoes and a little cream or yoghurt. Or mix with yoghurt, lemon juice and oil to create a simple marinade for chicken, fish or vegetables.
Absolutely delicious. I don't eat meat so have used this mostly with fish and some vegetables. Super easy, I've used it both to make a tikka sauce but also as a marinade on my fish. Both delicious and easy way to trick people into thinking I know what I'm doing :)
