First time with this sauce last night as I normally get the pastes and I’m glad to say I really enjoyed it I used beef and cooked it for 2 hours and it held its flavour very well I also added a few extra star anise, cloves, and cardamom as I like the texture and the flavour bomb explosion when you bite into one definitely going to try more flavours
