Start by frying up to 700g of your chosen protein, such as chicken, lamb, or paneer, along with any vegetables you like, until golden. Pour in your selected Shemin’s curry sauce, stir well, and simmer gently for 15 minutes until everything is cooked through and infused with flavour.
