- Heat the oil in an ovenproof dish and sear the meat in batches until browned.
- Add Shemin’s Madras Curry Sauce and potatoes to the dish and mix together.
- Put it in the oven at 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4 for 3 hours.
- Serve with steaming hot rice and / or Shemin’s Indian Breads
