Spicy Eggs with Chaat Masala & Chilli

We’ve been making our breakfast eggs like this literally every day since we brought out our Chaat Masala, Chilli Flakes and Chilli & Garlic Salt spice blends. It’s divine! Simply sprinkle our Chaat Masala and your chosen Chilli on top of scrambled, poached, fried eggs, inside or outside an omelette. Everyone who has tried it absolutely loves it. Simple flavour combinations that just work so well are simply the best!

Shemin’s Chaat Masala

Shemin’s Chilli Flakes or Shemin’s Chilli & Garlic Salt

Method

Simply cook the eggs your preferred way and sprinkle on Shemin’s Chaat Masala with either or both Shemin’s Chilli Flakes and Garlic Salt.

Tip: This recipe is great with one of our chaptis heated up. Spread some butter on it for extra flavour!
