Start by frying an onion (optional) until softened. Add Shemin’s Chilli Free Curry Paste and cook for a minute to bring out the aroma. Pour in a tin of chopped tomatoes, then add up to 1kg of ingredients such as chicken, lentils, mixed vegetables or paneer. Simmer until tender and full of flavour.

Top Tip: Sauté the paste in coconut cream for 1–2 minutes before adding any liquid to fully release the aromas and flavours.
