- Heat the butter in a large saucepan over a low heat. When it starts foaming add the cashew nuts. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes until the cashew nuts are evenly browned, then lower the heat and stir in Shemins Biryani / Pilau Spice Blend and the ginger.
- Spoon the rice into the butter along with the sultanas and gently mix until the rice is coated with the masala butter. Check seasoning.
- Serve hot with whatever dish you desire or by itself.
