Tandoori Roast Potatoes

These simple to make, crispy, spicy and delicious tandoori potatoes make for a great side dish to any meal.

Ingredients

Olive oil

Shemin’s Tandoori Spice Blend

Roasting potatoes

Coriander leaves

Method

1. Preheat oven to 425°F, 220°C, 200°C fan, gas mark 7.
2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into 1/4″ chunks and toss with olive oil and then sprinkle desired amount of Shemin’s Tandoori Spice Blend and toss again so the blend is evenly distributed. Spread into a single layer on a baking tray.
3. Roast until potatoes are browning and crisp, 35 to 45 minutes.

Tips:

  • Works with new potatoes for small roasties or even homemade chips.
  • Sprinkle over coriander to garnish
