I originally ordered 3 different spice pastes from you after you first appeared on James Martin’s Saturday cooking show which was quite some time ago now. I am always trolling through the cook books that I purchased more recently and Ihave to say that I love your spices recipes just much as I did way back in the beginning. I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I think your products are exceptional. I originally purchased a couple of curry pastes, a couple of Naan breads and your mango chutney when you did a demonstration at Udder’s Farm Shop in Dorset. My husband is the cook in our house and was skeptical about the pastes. He would usually prepare our curries from scratch. We were both overwhelmed by how easy it made cooking a curry and the taste was superb. The mango chutney is the BEST we have ever tasted. My sister and her partner also felt the chutney was the best they have had. Hence, I have purchased four jars on-line as Udder’s didn’t seem to have any in stock!
I received the products I ordered today which again was such an excellent service.

I would highly recommend Shemin’s mango chutney which accompanies the curry splendidly. After being asked to bring it to a family picnic, I refused because it was too good to share!

on my 2nd jar of this Mango Chutney and im absolutely obsessed with it. I have used it on poppadoms, stirred it in with the curry paste and had it on the side of my plate and all 3 options are unbeatable. Amazing!
