Lightly sprinkle Shemin’s Chapatis with water, then warm in the oven or under the grill until soft and pliable. Wrap in foil if needed to keep them from drying out. Serve warm for the best texture.
Their soft, flexible texture pairs perfectly with dishes like Chicken and Red Lentil Soup or Aloo Methi Curry, and they also work well as a wrap.
Top Tip: Avoid overheating – keeping them soft helps preserve their light texture and flavour.
